The Daily Caller News Foundation and Judicial Watch asked a Delaware court this week to reopen their case seeking the release of President Joe Biden’s Senate records held at the University of Delaware.

Special counsel Robert Hur’s February report on his investigation into Biden’s retention of classified documents contained findings that contradicted the university’s claims that no tax dollars were used in processing the records sought by the DCNF and Judicial Watch. The Delaware Supreme Court previously sided with the university in July, shielding the documents from release.

“The stunning revelations from the Hur report extend beyond the president’s memory lapses and mental state,” DCNF Editor-in-Chief Michael Bastasch said. “The court needs to reopen this case to determine whether the University of Delaware lied.”

Judicial Watch initially sued the university on behalf of itself and the DCNF in July 2020 after it denied their request, claiming the records were not related to the expenditure of public funds.

So what does this mean? IF the University did use public funds, a FOIA request is all that's needed to see those records. Which means it's going to be a bad time for joe if that's true because if they're classified, it's going to turn in to a s- storm and should involve several agencies. Just as a reminder the only person that can keep classified documents is the President. If these left any classified area when pedojoe wasn't the president, he stole them.* AND they must be looked at to see how they must be redacted since they are releasable. This set of records was "found" during a search of joe's offices at the university he didn't realize he had.

Prediction: This is the last we will hear of this.

Judicial Watch has filed scores, maybe hundreds, of lawsuits on behalf of their conservative ideology. They usually, if not always, lose. If they won any lawsuits, I am not aware of any.

I know you don't know the difference, but this is a FOIA request. Not a lawsuit. HUGE difference. And of course, now that it's out in the open, there will be a bunch of legal groups finding out what your favorite pedobuddy was up to. Which also brings us up to selective prosecution. Your butties that will only charge trumpster should be a tad wary about the criminal behavior you love so much.

    OD,
Your article said Judicial Watch made FOIA request in 2020, they were denied by the university, JW filed a lawsuit to see the documents/records and lost in court.

Judicial Watch now has requested the same thing again which will probably result in another denial and then they will file another lawsuit.

I stand by my prediction: this will be the last we hear of this. But if I am wrong, please post any updates to this story.

You apparently didn't read the whole article. Due to HUR's report, they found out the University LIED about using public funds to keep the documents. Since they're using public funds, they're required to answer the FOIA request. So they LIED to cover up that 1. either they had the documents (and knew they were classified, which is a felony), or 2. didn't know pedojoe squirreled them away without their knowledge. Either way, it's bad form to lie to the court about suppressing evidence in a trial as the prosecution. Hopefully they'll fire and disbar the lawyers responsible.

See below. It's the second paragraph in my post.
Special counsel Robert Hur’s February report on his investigation into Biden’s retention of classified documents contained findings that contradicted the university’s claims that no tax dollars were used in processing the records sought by the DCNF and Judicial Watch. I didn't read Robert Hur's report. I am skeptical of Judicial Watch arguments, so all I give you is an unqualified "maybe, we'll see".

I still say this is the last we will hear of this.

Of course, because you'll protect pedojoe to the bitter end. Even at Eagles' nest! ZIEG HEIL!
